Operator I – Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Operator I to join our warehouse team at Microchip Technology in Laguna. The role focuses on receiving, storing, and issuing materials that support our semiconductor production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify them against delivery documents.
• Endorse received items to the Quality Assurance team for inspection.
• Record transactions in the AX/LN system and reconcile with purchase orders.
• Update inventory reports and forward original documents to Finance.
• Organize and store items in their designated locations.
• Conduct regular and annual cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare kits and issue materials to production, subcontractors, or requestors based on work orders.
• Perform necessary AX/LN transactions to move or adjust stock.
• Monitor inventory levels, expiration dates, and low‑stock items.
• Follow all General Stores procedures and assist other logistics teams as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and optimize space utilization.

Required profile

• College‑level education.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a semiconductor warehouse.
• Residence in Laguna or willingness to be assigned there.
• Basic knowledge of AX Dynamics or any MRP system.
