Operator Experience Assistant Manager

About the role

Unilever is seeking a highly driven Operator Experience Assistant Manager to lead Future Menus 2026 and key demand‑generation initiatives. You will translate food trends into commercially impactful campaigns that boost operator engagement, lead generation and sales conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end campaign leadership for Future Menus launch, Soo Pinoy Must‑Eat Guide, Chefmanship Academy, Innovation Blitz and Pull Marketing Support programs.
• Manage the full funnel from demand generation through lead capture to conversion, coordinating timelines, stakeholders and external agencies.
• Translate food trends into relevant concepts, develop storytelling frameworks and drive digital‑first campaigns focused on leads and conversion.
• Partner with Customer Development, global tech teams and agencies to balance standard and customized approaches.
• Track lead generation, conversion and engagement metrics, using data to continuously optimise performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end marketing campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with solid business acumen.
• Experience in digital marketing and demand generation.
• Creative, trend‑led thinking with the ability to turn insights into actionable ideas.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple complex initiatives.
• Agility and ownership, thriving in ambiguous environments.
