About the role
The Operations Transformation Officer is responsible for managing crises and customer complaints, conducting system and root‑cause analyses, and recommending improvements to processes and systems. This role works closely with loan operations teams to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Handle crisis situations and manage customer complaints promptly.
- Perform detailed system and root‑cause analyses to identify underlying issues.
- Develop and propose process and system improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement recommended changes.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and adjust as needed.
Required profile
- Strong background with loan operations systems.
- Preferably an industrial engineering graduate or equivalent analytical training.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex problems and drive improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
