Operations Team Leader

About the role

DHL is seeking an Operations Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth execution of inbound and outbound processes. You will work closely with the Operations Supervisor to plan resources, monitor performance, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the warehouse team in all operational activities.
• Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor on resource planning and inventory reconciliation.
• Track daily team accomplishments against planned targets.
• Participate in scheduled inventory counts and manage related documentation.
• Process inbound deliveries and outbound orders in the system.
• Prepare required documents for shipments and deliveries.
• Report and coordinate system issues or transaction incidents.
• Escalate safety, quality, or operational non‑conformances.
• Respond to customer inquiries and attend meetings with customers and site leaders.
• Conduct performance dialogues, team briefings, and monitor attendance.
• Maintain archiving of all operational records.
• Assume supervisory duties when the Operations Supervisor is absent.

Required profile

• College degree or graduate.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a warehousing environment.
• Strong communication skills.
