Operations Staff – Cash & Check Collections

About the role

The Operations Staff member is responsible for the efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of cash and check collection services to corporate clients. This role ensures that all cash handling procedures are followed strictly to maintain financial integrity and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Verify completeness of DPU documents (DTT/CCAF, validated deposit slips, duffle bags, barcoded TEBs) before visiting client sites.
• Confirm that both upper and lower combinations of the armored car vault are properly rumbled prior to travel.
• Balance cash and check collections, seal barcoded TEBs and duffle bags, and secure them for transport.
• Deliver validated slips and related DPU documents to clients on scheduled pick‑up dates.
• Count and verify all cash collections accurately to prevent client complaints.
• Follow standard cash verification procedures and cash‑handling policies to avoid financial loss.
• Report any discrepancies promptly, coordinate with the client, and document the issue.
• Assist supervisors/officers in unloading cash pickups and reconcile duffle bag counts with trip tickets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Administration, Management, Finance, Accountancy, or Banking.
• At least 1 year of experience in cash operations is preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite at West Triangle, Quezon City.
