Operations Manager – Insurance Services

About the role

AXA Philippines is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team in Koronadal. This full‑time position follows a hybrid work model, combining on‑site presence with remote flexibility. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality insurance services while meeting performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop team members to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Monitor productivity, quality metrics and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to align operations with strategic initiatives.
• Prepare performance reports, analyse data and present insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with AXA policies, data‑privacy regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Proven people‑management experience, including coaching and conflict resolution.
• Strong organisational and workflow‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with experience in insurance or financial‑services operations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management or related field; managerial experience in insurance is a plus.
