About the role
The Operations Management Trainee supports the Restaurant Manager in achieving key performance targets by overseeing shift operations. This entry‑level position provides hands‑on experience in restaurant management, data analysis, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in monitoring and analyzing shift performance across all KRAs.
- Gather and report data for marketing program development and support.
- Implement suggestive selling programs and ensure store readiness for new product launches.
- Execute Food Safety, Cleanliness and Condition (FSC) plans and drive Gold Standard Consistency compliance during shifts.
- Provide feedback to functional owners and monitor third‑party service provider performance against Service Level Agreements.
- Conduct Alagang Jollibee activities to gauge and improve customer satisfaction.
