Operations Engineer

About the role
The Operations Engineer will support the efficient functioning of our facilities by applying technical expertise to daily operational challenges. This role requires a licensed engineer who can analyse work orders, troubleshoot systems, and collaborate across teams to maintain high‑performance environments.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse and prioritize job orders to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Provide hands‑on troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to implement operational solutions.
- Maintain documentation of work performed and recommend improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the facilities.
Required profile
- Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
- Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience as a Facilities or Operations Engineer, or in a similar capacity.
- Proven ability to work independently and communicate technical information effectively.
