Operations Director – Finance & Accounting

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Director – Finance & Accounting to lead our offshore finance and accounting outsourcing (FAO) vertical. Based in Taguig, the role combines senior client‑facing responsibilities with end‑to‑end delivery oversight for US and Australian accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own and nurture senior client relationships, acting as the primary executive contact for C‑suite and VP‑level stakeholders.
• Direct a 200+ headcount delivery organisation across AR, AP, GL, reporting and audit functions, ensuring SLA compliance and quality outcomes.
• Provide operational oversight for audit intake, billing, authorisations, payment posting, collections and customer support.
• Monitor work queues, dashboards and financial reports to identify risks, bottlenecks and escalation points.
• Lead transition management for new client onboarding and scope expansions, including process mapping, technology integration and go‑live planning.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Audit, Billing, Coding, Collections, Finance, CRM) to resolve issues and improve workflows.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in finance and accounting outsourcing operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage client P&L and drive organic growth.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to board‑room executives and handling on‑the‑floor delivery challenges.
• Track record of managing large, geographically dispersed teams and delivering scalable solutions.
