About the role
The Operations Associate – Sales Acceptance supports the sales process by handling reservation‑related inquiries. Working full‑time on‑site in Manila, the associate interacts with buyers, sellers, agents, brokers and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow. This role is part of the sales and account management function and focuses on delivering accurate, realistic information to all stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiates with buyers, sellers, agents and brokers regarding reservation inquiries.
- Provides realistic responses and assistance to internal customers concerning reservation matters.
- Assists agents and brokers in understanding reservation policies and procedures.
- Delivers realistic feedback to buyers and sellers about reservation status and next steps.
