Operations Analyst

About the role

The Operations Analyst supports the day‑to‑day operational excellence of the Technology Consulting Group. The role focuses on quality risk management, resource allocation, and general operational support to ensure efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor operational processes, ensure compliance with standards, and prepare risk reports.
• Identify, assess, and track operational risks, escalating significant concerns to management.
• Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures and process documentation.
• Track workforce utilization, forecast engagement needs, and support recruitment and resource planning.
• Prepare reports on productivity, utilization trends, and staffing gaps.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to address staffing and resource requirements.
• Support daily operational activities, facilitate cross‑functional workflows, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship, academic projects, or work experience related to operations, analytics, program/project management, or business processes is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with process mapping and documentation.
