Onestream System Administrator

About the role

This position reports to the Global Accounting Compliance Controller and is responsible for maintaining and managing the Onestream system. You will ensure the system’s integrity, performance and reliability while troubleshooting issues, supporting end users and driving enhancements that align with evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform system administration tasks including metadata management, user provisioning, access controls and configuration settings.
• Maintain and support manual and automated interfaces and integrations, notably with SAP.
• Manage data loading, validation and reconciliation processes across entities and reporting hierarchies.
• Monitor system health, identify and resolve operational issues on a daily basis.
• Create documentation, develop and deliver user training, and contribute to the strategic roadmap.
• Assist a team member with day‑to‑day BAU system administration activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering financial or corporate performance management systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work closely with Finance and IT teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Ability to produce clear documentation and deliver effective user training.
