OneStream Consultant – CPM Implementation & Support

About the role

As a OneStream Consultant you will support AMCO’s global customers on a variety of CPM projects using OneStream and other Oracle platforms. You will be involved from implementation through go‑live and post‑implementation support, working within a high‑performing Manila team and collaborating with colleagues worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the service desk, resolve or allocate tickets promptly.
• Assist in the development and completion of internal and external CPM projects.
• Apply application lifecycle management best practices for CPM setup and configuration.
• Conduct solution testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Deliver user and administrator training sessions.
• Create and update documentation for implementations and support engagements.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
• Provide regular updates to the project lead or team supervisor.
• Guide Business Analysts by answering queries or directing them to appropriate resources.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of CPM support or implementation experience (e.g., OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, Cloud EPM, etc.).
• BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• L1 ABC certified/HFMCIS or similar certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL, MS Office, VB and basic accounting concepts is desirable.
