Oncology Product Specialist – Cebu

About the role

The Oncology Product Specialist will promote and drive sales of oncology products across the assigned territory in Cebu. You will act as the scientific bridge between our portfolio and healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal product positioning and patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets for oncology products and develop territory action plans.
• Promote the oncology portfolio to oncologists, hematologists, pharmacists and other HCPs through scientific presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and collaborate with internal medical, marketing and regulatory teams.
• Gather market intelligence, provide sales forecasts and maintain CRM records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Continuously update knowledge on oncology therapeutics and attend training programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, Medical Technology, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3+ years experience as a Medical Representative or Product Specialist, preferably in oncology.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing a territory.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office/365.
• Experience using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
