职位概况
北京大学能源研究院张远银课题组面向天然氢气及相关地球物理勘探方向招聘2-4名博士后。工作地点在北京，提供学校统一的博士后基本年薪及福利。
主要职责
- 在合作导师指导下开展天然氢气地球物理勘探及成藏模式研究，发表高水平论文。
- 协助导师进行学术研究及研究生培养工作。
- 独立开展前沿科研项目，申报科研课题。
任职要求
- 石油地质、构造地质、地球物理、人工智能或大数据等相关专业，已取得或即将取得博士学位，35岁以下。
- 第一作者SCI论文2篇以上，拥有专利者优先。
- 具备能源资源类科研项目经验，熟悉油气勘探流程，掌握相关软件及实验分析方法。
- 身心健康，积极主动，具备良好学习与沟通能力。
必备技能
- 石油地质软件使用能力
- 地球物理软件使用能力
- 地理信息系统（GIS）操作
- 人工智能与大数据分析技术
