Odoo Developer – Hybrid (AU)

About the role

We are looking for an Odoo Developer to join our industrial technology team. The position is hybrid, with 2‑3 days onsite in the Philippines and the remainder remote, working Monday‑Friday 6 am‑3 pm PHT. You will become fluent in Odoo 19 on Odoo.sh and help shape our sales, projects, inventory and service workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain custom Odoo 19 modules using Python and the Odoo ORM.
• Create and extend views, menus, actions and QWeb reports with XML and Odoo templating.
• Implement server‑side business rules, computed fields, constraints and scheduled actions.
• Configure and customise core apps (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Projects, Accounting, HR) to match business processes.
• Develop and consume REST/JSON APIs to integrate Odoo with external systems.
• Write efficient PostgreSQL queries, manage indexing and ensure data integrity.
• Support data migration, import/export and data‑cleaning tasks.
• Use Git with feature branching, perform code reviews and maintain clean commit history.
• Work within Odoo.sh pipelines (dev/staging/production), manage builds and rollback strategies.
• Write unit and integration tests, participate in regression testing and monitor performance.
• Analyse user requirements, produce technical specifications and create documentation.

• Strong Python programming skills with clean, modular code.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into Odoo configurations.
