Ocean Customer Experience Specialist (French)

About the role

Maersk is seeking a French‑speaking Ocean Customer Experience Specialist to join its global logistics team. The role focuses on delivering a seamless end‑to‑end shipment experience for French‑language customers, coordinating with internal and offshore teams to resolve issues and ensure timely cargo delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer communication channels and handle case management for French‑speaking clients.
• Onboard new customers, maintain relationships, and understand their business drivers.
• Process import and export queries, ensuring compliance with SLAs and global procedures.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and offshore GSC teams to resolve exceptions and keep customers informed.
• Support the Customer Experience Partner and assist with documentation and cargo readiness activities.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑centric attitude with proven experience in customer interaction.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, global environment and collaborate across regions.
• Understanding of logistics, import/export processes, and shipment lifecycle.
