Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

The Occupational Health Nurse will deliver comprehensive health services within the workplace, supporting the organization’s Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) initiatives. This role ensures employee well‑being through direct nursing care, health promotion, and compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer workplace health services and support OSH programs.
• Provide first‑aid treatment and nursing care to employees.
• Assist in medical examinations and refer cases for further evaluation when needed.
• Promote employee health and recommend workplace safety improvements.
• Maintain accurate health records and submit required DOLE reports.
• Organize health, wellness, and awareness activities.
• Distribute health information materials to staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with an Occupational Safety and Health certification (e.g., OHNAP‑trained or equivalent).
• Minimum of two (2) years experience as an Occupational Health Nurse.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
