Occupational Health Doctor – Corporate Clinic

About the role

The Occupational Health Physician will provide medical care and support at the corporate clinic of Agila Shipyard in Subic Bay, assisting the Operations Manager – Medical Services with day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary outpatient care and basic emergency medical care on site to stabilize patients.
• Administer first aid, treat minor illnesses independently, and conduct limited diagnostic testing.
• Offer medical consultations and refer cases that require further specialist attention.
• Deliver primary emergency care using BLS techniques and tools when needed.
• Conduct health promotion activities and occasional health talks.
• Document all medical cases and ensure proper storage of medical records.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Medical Director.

Required profile

• Licensed medical doctor.
• At least emergency and trauma experience.
• Willingness to work an 8‑hour shift (Monday to Saturday, 7 am–4 pm).
• Valid BLS certificate.
• Valid BCOM certification.
