Non Technical Trainer

About the role

The Non‑Technical Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support employee development across our dealership network. This role combines strong facilitation, coaching, and adult‑learning expertise to ensure learning initiatives are effective and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions for dealership staff, adapting delivery to audience needs.
• Develop training modules, facilitator guides, learning materials, and assessments based on competency‑based design.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, analyze learning outcomes, and produce reports for continuous improvement.
• Maintain training documentation, records, and LMS content with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to align training with operational objectives.
• Travel to dealership locations as required to provide on‑site coaching and support.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year degree program.
• Previous experience as a trainer is an advantage, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication, coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a professional, adaptable attitude.
• Willingness to travel for field training and support.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) for content delivery and tracking.
