Multi‑Skilled Technician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Multi‑Skilled Technician to maintain and operate electrical and facility systems. The role ensures reliability, safety and efficiency of critical infrastructure such as UPS systems, server rooms and air‑conditioning units while collaborating with engineering and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support electrical power, lighting, communication and UPS infrastructure.
• Monitor and record readings for UPS, server/HUB rooms and air‑conditioning systems.
• Install, maintain and repair wiring, switches, resistors, circuit‑breaker panels and other electrical components.
• Execute wiring plans for lighting and other electrical installations.
• Perform preventive inspections, clean circuits and replace worn cables.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, identify hazards and carry out repairs or replacements.
• Conduct routine facility monitoring to ensure functionality and safety.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and other trades (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) on installation and maintenance projects.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring and maintenance practices.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures, regulations and occupational health standards.
• Familiarity with multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, civil works and fire‑protection systems.
• Excellent communication and comprehension abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Flexibility to respond to operational and maintenance needs.
