Multi‑Skilled Technician – Facilities Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a Multi‑Skilled Technician to support day‑to‑day facilities operations, ensuring a safe and world‑class working environment for our employees. The role involves a blend of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and carpentry tasks, as well as rapid response to service calls and emergency situations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine monitoring, inspection and minor repairs across electrical, mechanical, plumbing and carpentry trades.
• Respond to service calls, determine if issues can be resolved on‑site, and coordinate repairs with the FM team or external contractors.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs, document faults, recommend corrective actions and follow through to closure.
• Inspect buildings to verify safety standards and report major repair needs.
• Support special events, meeting rooms and conference facilities.
• Assist with out‑of‑hours emergencies and critical issues.
• Maintain equipment, manage landlord relations and building access passes.
• Provide directions and information to vendors, facilities staff and other service providers to ensure minimal disruption.

Required profile

• Proactive individual with solid technical knowledge across multiple trades.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Experience producing hand‑drawn shop drawings and handling emergency situations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a world‑class workplace.
