Multi‑Skilled Technician (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC)

About the role

We are looking for a Multi‑Skilled Technician who can support a variety of maintenance and construction tasks across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and civil work domains. The role is full‑time and permanent, suitable for fresh graduates with the right technical certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical wiring, lighting systems and basic circuitry.
• Operate and maintain generators, pumps and motors.
• Fix plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs and water‑system faults.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of air‑conditioning units, including split‑type, window and VRF systems.
• Carry out basic civil works such as painting, carpentry and masonry.

Required profile

• Vocational Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC/Refrigeration or Industrial Technology.
• TESDA NC II certification in Electrical Installation & Maintenance or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (preferred).
• Ability to be "multi‑skilled" by handling at least three of the listed trade areas.
• Open to fresh graduates; full‑time, permanent employment.

• Electrical troubleshooting, wiring and basic circuitry.

• HVAC unit maintenance and cleaning (split, window, VRF).
