Multi‑Skilled Building Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Multi‑Skilled Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper operation and upkeep of critical building systems. This role supports unit owners and tenants by addressing electrical and mechanical issues and works closely with the Facilities Manager or Engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and operate air‑conditioning systems.
• Maintain water and sewerage systems.
• Maintain drainage systems.
• Maintain fire protection and fire alarm systems.
• Maintain electrical systems.
• Respond to unit owners/tenants complaints related to electrical and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate instructions with the Building/Facilities Manager or Engineer.
• Perform any other related maintenance tasks as required.

Required profile

• Vocational Diploma, short‑course certificate, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in building‑systems maintenance.
• Preferably 1‑4 years of experience in maintenance/repair of facilities or machinery.
• Ability to work full‑time in an on‑site environment.
