Multi Skilled Technician

About the role

The Multi Skilled Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and operation of critical building equipment and facilities. This role supports unit owners and tenants by addressing electrical and mechanical issues promptly and works closely with the Building/Facilities Manager or Engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and operate air‑conditioning systems, water and sewerage networks, drainage systems, fire protection and fire alarm systems, and electrical infrastructure.
• Respond to unit owners/tenants complaints related to electrical and mechanical systems, providing timely assistance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and follow instructions from the Building/Facilities Manager or Engineer.
• Perform additional related tasks as required to ensure building safety and functionality.

Required profile

• At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in facilities or machinery maintenance/repair.
• Preferably 1‑4 years of experience in a similar role.
