Multi Skilled Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Multi‑Skilled Technician to ensure the proper maintenance and operation of critical building equipment and facilities. The role involves responding to tenant requests, performing routine inspections, and supporting the Facilities team in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and operate air‑conditioning systems.
• Maintain water, sewerage and drainage systems.
• Maintain fire‑protection and fire‑alarm systems.
• Maintain electrical systems and address related complaints.
• Assist unit owners/tenants with electrical and mechanical issues.
• Coordinate instructions with the Building/Facilities Manager or Engineer.
• Perform any other related maintenance tasks as required.

Required profile

• Vocational Diploma, short‑course certificate or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in facilities or machinery maintenance.
• Preferably 1‑4 years of experience in maintenance/repair of building systems.
