Motorpool Supervisor – Fleet Management

About the role

The Motorpool Supervisor will lead the fleet management team, ensuring that all trucks are safe, well‑maintained, and ready for operation. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement of motorpool processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall fleet, guaranteeing trucks are in good condition before departure (PDI).
• Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to keep vehicles reliable.
• Identify training needs, coordinate end‑to‑end training processes for the team.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports to management.
• Monitor and analyze truck breakdowns to drive improvement initiatives.
• Achieve departmental KPIs and ensure timely repairs based on schedule and urgency.
• Supervise, delegate, and coordinate work among team members.
• Maintain a safe and sound workplace environment.
• Introduce development programs that support continual improvement.
