Mobile Developer for Finance Super App (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Mobile Developer to help build BJAK's finance super‑app. The role focuses on creating clean, reliable, and intuitive experiences for Android and iOS users, supporting a range of financial services such as insurance, payments, claims, and investments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship mobile features for Android and/or iOS.
• Create simple, user‑friendly flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and other financial services.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to transform complex journeys into usable mobile products.
• Integrate APIs, manage loading states, handle errors, and resolve production issues.
• Improve app performance, reliability, crash rates and overall user experience.
• Support rapid product launches, experiments and iterative improvements across mobile journeys.
• Help set high standards for mobile product quality throughout the super app.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional mobile development experience on Android, iOS, or both.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Swift.
• Proven track record of shipping production apps used by real users.
• Excellent product sense with a focus on mobile UX.
• Ability to work independently with limited hand‑holding.
• Portfolio, app links, GitHub, screenshots or examples of shipped work are a strong advantage.
