MIS Officer – Wealth Management

About the role

The Wealth Management team in BGC, Taguig is seeking an MIS Officer to support reporting, priority‑segment initiatives, and administrative tasks for the WM Head and Markets Segment Head. You will play a key part in delivering accurate management information and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Update and deliver MIS reports such as Daily Volume Tracking, New‑to‑Bank (NTB) and Attrition, and Client Profitability.
• Assist the Markets Segment Head with execution of EastWest Priority client segment requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the WM Head and Markets Segment Head, including new‑hire onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Ensure control procedures outlined in the IOM are fully implemented and staff compliance is maintained.
• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and local regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, applications, and updates.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Visual Basic.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Competence with Microsoft Office applications.
