Mid-Level Software Engineer (Full‑Stack)

About the role

Likha-iT Inc., a subsidiary of freee K.K., is looking for a Mid‑Level Software Engineer to join its global engineering team in Makati. You will own end‑to‑end feature development, turning product ideas into reliable, high‑impact solutions that empower small businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop core software functionality and design supporting micro‑services.
• Maintain high system availability and lead rapid incident recovery.
• Clarify requirements, break them into actionable tasks, and maximize team output.
• Coordinate communication with product, design, and other departments to achieve goals.
• Deliver high‑quality code while aligning with the long‑term roadmap and mentoring teammates.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional full‑stack engineering experience.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on front‑end and back‑end development.
• Self‑starter who identifies system gaps and solves complex bugs autonomously.
• Bridge between business needs and technical execution, advocating for users.
• Comfortable using AI tools to boost development efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and thrive in fast‑changing environments.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup (minimum 3 days onsite).
