Mid-Level Graphic Designer – Digital & Team Lead

About the role

eigital is seeking a mid‑level Graphic Designer who can both create compelling visual assets and lead a small design team. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product groups to translate brand strategy into engaging digital and print materials.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design graphics for web pages, banner ads, social media, email campaigns, and corporate collateral.
• Produce high‑impact visuals that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Utilize Canva for rapid content creation and Adobe Creative Suite for more complex designs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine concepts and secure final approvals.
• Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms while maintaining consistency.
• Generate fresh ideas to keep visual content current and compelling.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously.
• Evaluate design team performance, set career goals, and define performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, primarily digital.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across media.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts to non‑design stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work both independently and within a team.
