Mid-Level Full-Stack Software Engineer (Remote | Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our fast‑growing global technology team. This fully remote position is based in the Philippines and focuses on building and enhancing modern web applications that support critical business operations for our worldwide clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance production applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Django, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
• Create responsive, accessible, and reusable frontend components following established design patterns.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable backend services and APIs.
• Optimize and manage PostgreSQL databases, schemas, queries, and migrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Improve performance, reliability, maintainability, and test coverage of existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Translate product requirements into practical technical solutions and document architectural decisions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated capability.
• Strong hands‑on experience with React and Next.js.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend development practices.
• Professional experience with Python, Django, and FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of REST API development, authentication, and authorization.
