Mid-Level Front-End Web Developer (Remote – Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Mid‑Level Front‑End Web Developer to join our fully remote team in the Philippines. The role focuses on building and optimizing customer‑facing websites and internal web applications in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Transform design mockups, wireframes and product requirements into responsive, interactive web interfaces for desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Develop, maintain and enhance front‑end features across customer‑facing sites and internal platforms using modern frameworks.
• Write clean, reusable, and well‑documented code following industry best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Participate actively in daily stand‑ups, planning sessions and cross‑functional meetings with product, design, marketing and engineering teams.
• Conduct peer code reviews and contribute ideas to improve user experience and development processes.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of professional front‑end development experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality with a proactive attitude toward collaboration in a remote setting.
• Analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving abilities for UI/UX and front‑end issues.
