MHE Operator – RT/CBT (Warehouse)

About the role

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a motivated MHE Operator to join our RT/CBT team. You will be responsible for executing daily warehouse tasks such as pallet picking, receiving, put‑away and replenishment while ensuring high accuracy and adherence to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the daily plan for pallet picking, receiving, put‑away and replenishment.
• Perform IDD tasks assigned by the Operations Supervisor, especially on lean days.
• Maintain KPI targets related to shipment reliability, receiving reliability and IRA.
• Achieve 100% accuracy in put‑away, picking and replenishment.
• Support other MHE operators with inbound and outbound activities.
• Operate lift trucks correctly and follow the “scan it, move it” policy.
• Comply with site safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in material handling equipment (MHE) operations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic knowledge of safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment, including holidays and extended hours.
