Member of Technical Staff – Legal Research (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff specialized in Legal Research to join a global software development leader. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on researching complex legal and regulatory frameworks and translating them into technical solutions that support product development and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law to guide product decisions.
• Develop technical frameworks and tools that automate legal‑research workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to embed legal insights into technology solutions.
• Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on current and future products.
• Produce technical documentation and compliance guidelines for development teams.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
• Proven experience with legal research methodologies and regulatory analysis.
• Ability to convert legal concepts into clear technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
