Medical Systems Analyst – Healthcare IT

About the role

MedGrocer is looking for a Medical Systems Analyst to ensure the seamless integration and performance of its healthcare IT infrastructure. The role supports clinical operations by maintaining medical service systems, generating operational reports, and troubleshooting digital workflows. You will directly contribute to delivering reliable, digitally‑enabled health services to over one million Filipinos each year.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize medical service IT systems to guarantee high availability and data integrity for clinical operations.
• Generate and analyze comprehensive operational reports to monitor system performance and patient service delivery.
• Identify and implement technical improvements for patient‑facing digital platforms and internal medical databases.
• Troubleshoot system‑related issues and coordinate with technical teams to minimize disruptions in patient care.
• Monitor data quality within healthcare systems to ensure accurate reporting of population health outcomes.
