Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL)

About the role

We are looking for a Medical Scientific Liaison to join our Medical Affairs team in Pasig. The MSL will act as the scientific bridge between Philcare Pharma and the medical community, focusing on anesthesia and critical care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers and academic researchers in the assigned territory.
• Deliver scientific presentations on company products, pipeline assets and therapeutic areas, and facilitate scientific discussions.
• Identify and support KOLs for advisory boards, speaking engagements and clinical research collaborations.
• Provide scientific support for investigator‑initiated studies and clinical trials.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests with balanced, evidence‑based data.
• Create and update scientific content for medical education programs and support publication development.
• Collect field insights, competitive intelligence and market feedback to inform internal strategy.
• Collaborate with commercial, regulatory and clinical teams to ensure aligned scientific messaging and support product launch planning.

Required profile

• Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry or clinical practice within anesthesia, critical care or cardio‑metabolic fields.
• Proven ability to engage KOLs and communicate complex scientific information effectively.
