Medical Scientific Liaison – Anesthesia & Critical Care

About the role

We are looking for a Medical Scientific Liaison to join the Clinical Application Support team of Philcare Pharma. The MSL will act as the scientific bridge between our company and the medical community, focusing on anesthesia and critical care in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and academic researchers.
• Deliver compelling scientific presentations and facilitate discussions on company products, pipeline assets, and therapeutic areas.
• Identify and support regional and national thought leaders for advisory boards, speaking engagements, and clinical research opportunities.
• Provide scientific support for investigator‑initiated studies and clinical trials.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests with accurate, balanced scientific data.
• Develop and update scientific content for medical education programs and support the creation of publications and scientific posters.
• Collect and communicate field insights, competitive intelligence, and market feedback to inform company strategy.
• Collaborate with commercial, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure aligned scientific messaging and support product launch planning.

Required profile

• Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry or clinical practice within anesthesia, critical care, or cardio‑metabolic fields.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate scientific information effectively to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of building relationships with KOLs and supporting clinical research initiatives.
