Medical Science Liaison – Great Lakes Region

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will support Galderma’s U.S. Nemolizumab team by providing scientific and medical expertise to healthcare professionals across the Great Lakes territory. This role focuses on building relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other key opinion leaders to ensure compliant exchange of scientific information.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, tier and develop relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and institutions in Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky and Western Pennsylvania.
• Prepare and execute KOL engagement plans, including qualitative and quantitative metrics aligned with the U.S. medical affairs strategy.
• Provide proactive and reactive scientific information on Nemolizumab to HCPs, clinical investigators and professional organizations.
• Collect and communicate medical insights and feedback gathered from scientific exchanges to inform medical affairs strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify opportunities for algorithm and guideline development.
• Support disease‑awareness initiatives and other tactical activities as required.

Required profile

• Strong scientific background in dermatology or related therapeutic area.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with HCPs, NPs and PAs.
• Understanding of compliance requirements for medical information exchange.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
