Medical Representative (Diabetology)

About the role

The Medical Representative (Diabetology) will promote and sell diabetes‑related pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Nueva Ecija‑Tarlac region. The role focuses on building strong relationships, educating clinicians on product benefits, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage target customers, including physicians and pharmacists, to present diabetology products.
• Achieve assigned sales quotas and activity goals within the designated territory.
• Conduct pre‑call planning, sales interviews, and follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and Electronic Territory Management systems.
• Handle objections, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Stay updated on product clinical efficacy, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a medical or pharmaceutical sales representative, preferably in diabetology.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Cool‑tempered, able to handle rejection and manage objections.
• BSc/BA degree is a plus.
• Own vehicle and valid driving license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Familiarity with telephone systems and electronic territory management tools.
