Medical Lead, Medical Alliance Management

About the role

The Medical Lead, Medical Alliance Management will join the product team to drive medical strategy for Adalat, Eylea in Indonesia and women’s health brands in Malaysia and Singapore. Based in Indonesia, the role acts as the primary liaison with third‑party partners and supports regional product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Participate as a core member of product teams for Adalat, Eylea (Indonesia) and women’s health brands (Malaysia & Singapore).
• Co‑create and implement medical strategic plans where medical expertise is critical.
• Lead thought‑leader engagement in Indonesia and maintain strong relationships across therapeutic areas.
• Serve as the main contact for outsourced cardiovascular and women’s health brands, ensuring continuous knowledge transfer.
• Support the ASEAN Head of Medical in launching the heart‑failure indication for Firialta and accelerate local health‑authority approval.
• Attend operational meetings and business reviews with third‑party partners.
• Manage product‑related issues, risk mitigation, and inspection readiness.
• Represent the company on medical and scientific matters to the local medical community.
• Review promotional materials for scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Handle medical information requests and provide training for medical representatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a medical advisor in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to manage medical and clinical processes across multiple therapeutic areas (women’s health, cardiovascular, ophthalmology, established products).
• Strong understanding of medical governance, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills and experience supporting product launches.
• Based in Indonesia and able to work onsite.
