About the role

We are seeking a board‑certified Internal Medicine physician to lead and manage our medical and clinical operations. This night‑shift position operates under US holidays with weekends off and follows a hybrid work model, requiring 2–3 days onsite in Makati.

Key responsibilities

Provide clinical guidance and oversee care coordination for patients.
Review cases and support medical decision‑making.
Develop and enforce clinical policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead a team of clinicians, fostering a fast‑paced, high‑quality environment.

Required profile

Active PRC Physician License.
Board Certified (Diplomate) in Internal Medicine.
Completed residency training.
Willingness to work night shift.
Residence within 50 km of Makati.
Stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps).

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

What we offer

Competitive salary ranging from PHP 120,000 to PHP 150,000 per month plus a PHP 3,600 allowance.
Night‑shift schedule aligned with US holidays and weekends off.
Hybrid work arrangement (2–3 days onsite in Makati).
