About the role
The Mechanical Engineer – Fire Suppression will design and develop fire protection systems such as sprinklers and FM‑200 installations, ensuring they meet safety standards and project requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Design and formulate fire suppression systems, including sprinkler networks and clean‑agent solutions.
- Prepare cost estimates, material take‑offs, and perform hydraulic calculations.
- Verify compliance with NFPA standards and the Philippine Fire Code.
- Provide technical support during site implementation, inspections, and commissioning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical or fire‑suppression system design.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire safety codes.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience with estimation tools and software for cost and material calculations.
- Ability to perform hydraulic computations and produce technical documentation.
- Project coordination and documentation skills.
