Mechanical Engineer (BIM)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Mechanical Engineer with BIM expertise to design and develop HVAC and plumbing systems for building and infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities

• Design, model and coordinate HVAC and plumbing systems in line with project requirements, codes and standards.
• Develop BIM models using Revit MEP and support multidisciplinary coordination.
• Prepare mechanical layouts, drawings and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and project teams to resolve design clashes and issues.
• Support project delivery by meeting quality standards, schedules and deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in mechanical design.
• At least 2 years of BIM experience using Revit MEP (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit MEP for BIM modeling.
• Ability to accurately model HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of Revizto (advantage).
• Knowledge of Bluebeam (advantage).
