Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will join Golden Haven Memorial Parks in Cebu City to support and execute marketing initiatives that promote the company’s memorial parks and columbarium services. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with sales and cross‑functional teams to drive brand awareness and generate client inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute promotional activities and events.
• Develop and produce marketing materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and local trends.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create lead‑generation initiatives.
• Manage social media platforms and other digital marketing channels.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Assist with customer‑facing communications and support.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting sales or contributing to lead generation is a plus.
• Ability to develop and align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Customer‑service orientation with empathetic client interaction.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms; basic design or content creation experience is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Cebu City and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
