Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will support the team in turning marketing ideas into real‑world activations that drive foot traffic, vehicle count and mall sales. The role focuses on cost‑effective campaigns that enhance the family‑fun experience across SM City Clark and SM City Pampanga.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and evaluate mall events and seasonal campaigns, ensuring they meet marketing goals and timelines.
• Develop and implement advertising strategies across digital, mass media and social platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, brands and partners to secure sponsorships.
• Monitor campaign performance, gather insights and produce reports.
• Manage documentation, competitive analysis and ensure compliance with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication Arts or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing operations.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Experience with graphic design tools (advantage).
• Experience in events management (advantage).
