Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Officer to design and execute engaging campaigns that enhance the everyday experience of families visiting our mall. The role focuses on generating foot traffic, increasing vehicle counts and boosting sales through creative, cost-effective activations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns that attract families and shoppers.
• Create and manage cost-effective activations to drive foot traffic and vehicle counts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns translate into higher mall sales.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to meet targets.

Required profile

• BS/BA degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in marketing, advertising, public relations or digital media.
• Strong communication abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven team‑player attitude and confidence in presenting ideas.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• General competence with the Microsoft Office suite.
