Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will support Triumph Motorcycles Philippines in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and vehicle sales. Working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, you will manage digital and traditional media activities and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing team in developing, innovating and executing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
• Track and analyse ad performance, recommending actions to improve reach and engagement.
• Manage and update content for Triumph’s social media accounts and website.
• Collaborate with the Sales department to plan and execute events.
• Evaluate KPI and ROI for campaigns, events and promotions, identifying improvement areas.
• Communicate with external partners such as suppliers and influencers.
• Design marketing media using photo‑design tools.
• Ensure all marketing activities stay within budget and timelines.
• Support the organisation of trade shows, product launches and promotional activities.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by management.

• Detail‑oriented approach to budget and timeline management.
• Proactive attitude for taking on varied marketing tasks.
