Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance the family‑fun experience at SM Mall of Asia. This role focuses on driving foot traffic, vehicle count, and mall sales through cost‑effective campaigns and activations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote tenants and affiliates to attract more shoppers.
• Mount special campaigns and projects such as mall openings, CSR activities, seasonal modules, and sales events.
• Monitor the mall’s event calendar and coordinate with tenants, brands, and third‑party partners.
• Maintain internal and external communications to keep all functions aligned with marketing objectives.
• Execute the annual communication plan, including creative key visuals, printing, and installation of collaterals (in‑mall, social media, local newspaper).
• Coordinate with VDD, creative agencies, printers, PR groups, bloggers, and the head‑office media team.
• Ensure compliance with existing policies and manage schedules for Marketing Officers and agency personnel.

Required profile

• BS/BA degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Management or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of managerial experience in marketing, event management, or advertising.
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Keynote.
• Basic Photoshop skills.
• Video and photo editing capabilities.
