Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of Ayala Malls’ events and promotional activities, ensuring they meet the Commercial Business Group’s quality standards and drive foot traffic and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and implement Ayala Malls‑initiated events and promotions, including local and international shows, mall‑wide sales, and family events, ensuring they meet the Commercial Business Group’s quality standards.
• Help achieve venue rent income targets and marketing recoveries through sponsorships and other revenue opportunities.
• Manage communication and public‑relations activities to raise awareness of both Ayala‑initiated and mall‑initiated events and promotions.
• Assist merchants in designing marketing programmes that promote their brands and branches within the mall.

Required profile

• College degree in any business discipline, preferably Marketing or Communications.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the retail or hospitality sector.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, fast learner, proficient in English.
• Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and willingness to work on weekends.
